I have a special interest because my great-great grandfather visited Brasil in the years 1837 to 1844. He wrote a lot of travel descriptions and painted more than hundred papers with landscapes and villages. One painting shows "Villa de Parati" in 1838. If you are interested please contact per e-mail.
